We only work with factories that can assure auditable standards of safe, fair, legal and humane working conditions to their workers.

Yes, we do ship internationally. Please email us at coloralamxshop@gmail.com (subject INTERNATIONAL). Please note that an additional shipping cost will be added to your final price and it will take longer for you to receive your order depending on your location.

Everything is packaged in a 100% recycled content bag and shipped in a 100% recyclable, biodegradable mailer or box. 

We also use eco-friendly packaging tape (exept when shipping large posters), which is made from paper with a water based adhesive.

Items are fulfilled within 8 business days (not including holidays or weekends) from when your order is placed. Pre-orders are shipped within 4-6 weeks after order has been placed.

Please note that the shipping time frames reflect once your items have been processed by USPS. Choosing priority shipping will not expedite the fulfillment process. 

You will receive an email once your item(s) have been shipped which will provide a tracking number. If for any reason, you did not receive your item, email us at coloralamxshop@gmail.com.

We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages, or packages damaged by the carrier. Please contact USPS directly for assistance. 

We do not offer exchanges, refunds, or returns on any of our items. All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If your item has shipped, we are not responsible for a lost package due to an incorrect address. If your package is returned to us, we are more than happy to ship out your package, but please note that you will be required to pay for shipping again.
